If you arrive in Milan by car then you can either park in the streets around the Isola Hotel & Apartments or pay to use the nearby garage. Unless you need your car to go further afield you can leave it at the apartments whilst making use of the excellent public transport system in Milano or wandering along the trendy boulevards whilst watching Italian life go by.
