Is Breakfast included in the price?
There is a separate charge of €15 for breakfast unless included in a package at the time of booking.

Is there a discount for children?
Children up to the age of five years old are free and can sleep in their parents’ bed.

Is there a car park in the structure?
No, but there is parking on the street outside or our neighbouring garage can be used for a charge.

Do I have to leave a deposit?
No, the credit card details you leave at the time of booking are sufficient. No deposit is required.

Are all Major credit cards accepted?
Both Visa and Carta Si are accepted.


Is there a cancellation fee?
There is no cancellation fee if the cancellation is made up to 7 days before the date of arrival.

If I cancel in the 7 days leading up to my booking how much do I have to pay?
The fee for cancelling within the last week before the booking is half the booking price.


Is the Isola Hotel & Apartments open all year round?
Yes excluding the period from the 24th December to the 6th January and from the 1st-30th August.


Are the apartments cleaned every day?
No. Sheets and towels are changed every 3 days. They can be changed daily if required for a small fee.
